1. Deposit: A deposit of RM 1,000 shall be paid as a reservation for a seat. For tour fares of less than RM 1,000, please pay full amount during register.

2. Tour Fare: Balance of tour fare must be that settled 21 days prior tour departure otherwise the reservation will be cancelled without further notice and all deposit paid will be forfeited. (On special tour fares?MATTA, MITM?, the above conditions may be varied and additional conditions may apply).

3.Cancellation: 50% of tour fare will be that charged if a cancellation or postponement is made 14 days prior of departure. Full fare will be charged if a cancellation or postponement is made 7 days prior of departure. All deposits paid are non-refundable. If the organizer able to proof the loses more than above listed amount. The organizer reserved the right collect the difference amount from the guest accordingly.

1.Accommodation: Shared room basis in all hotels with air conditioning and bathroom attached. Single room occupancy, if available will be at extra cost. Children below 12 years shall share with 2 Adults.

2.Transportation: All transfer and sightseeing as specified within our itinerary.

3. Meals: Meals stated as per our itinerary. Advance request for the special meals. The organizer will not responsible to late request.

4.Responsibilities: The organizers accept no responsibility for any delay, loss of any kind, injury to any person, acts of government or other authorities directed against any person whose conduct is considered prejudicial to the public security, changes in immigration regulation of any local government, damage of loss of any luggage during tour.

1. All travel arrangements are subject to alteration at any time without prior notice for any cause, which in the bsolute discretion of the organizers render it desirable, reasonable or necessary to affect such alteration.

2.Shall there be any loss from disaster, flight delay that happen before/after the tour, the organizers shall not be compensate for any loss and reserve the right to cancel the tour. The organizers will return full amount of the tour fee or change the tour date (the difference of the fee will be either extra charge or non-refund to the customer).

3.The organizers reserve the right NOT to on the tour should there be less than 15 passengers in that group. Organizers notify tourists in the earliest 14 days or the latest 7 days before depart date. The organizers will either change the tour date (the difference of the fee will be either extra charge or non-refund to the customer) or return the tour fee to the customer. Tour fee will be return in full amount, beside register fee, such as, passport visa application fee and others.

4.Tour fares are subjected to change without prior notice in the event of airfare increases and foreign exchange rate inflation.

5.After tour departs, any unexpected charges occurred (any charges on missing item(s), passport and so on), organizers reserve the right to request passengers to pay for the balance. Under any circumstances, passengers have no excuse to refuse the payment of the balance.

6.Tour fares are based on cash terms and group departures.Credit card charges apply.

7.Our company owns the right to amend anything based on any disaster or unpredictable matter such as flight retime of Airasia, which may leads to any amendment.

8.Highly recommend tourist insure their own travel insurances.
